Virtual Class
Nourishment for Self -Yin Yoga
Tuesdays 10:30am
A 75-minute practice to give yourself space , time, and nourishment. A total reset for the body, mind, and soul.
Supple Up
Wednesday nights 6:30-7:30pm
Class hosted at Grounded Strength.
A progressive style, private gym downtown Grand Junction. This is a place we are building the alternative medicine community in the valley.
Focused on connective tissue health, regulating the nervous system, and attuning the subtle body. We join for an hour class to get supple and feel good.
